SuperSize Me!

I watched a TV documentary which is called SuperSize Me. In this documentary, Spurlock does an experiment on eating McDonald for thirty days. Before his weight was 185.5LB, was health and slim. After eating McDonald with supersize for one month, his gain 24.5LB, and his BMI raised from 23.2 to 27. On this 30 days, Spurlock fully eats three McDonald's meals a day, eats a McDonald's salad every tenth meal, and only walks 4,000 steps per day.

Obviously, this documentary is against of fast food. At the begining of the show, the director already foucus on the relationship between fast food and obesity. And also, the director tells us many information; for example, the numbers, the statistic and the test on children. I choose this show because it is related to my final paper which is about eating disorder. It gives many idea and information for it. I agree with what the director thinks. I think the show exposes the true results of eating fast food, even though the fast food companies deny it.
